Abbreviations used: Bronze Star, Br. Star; Combat Infantry Badge, C I Badge; Distinguished Service Cross, DSC; Killed in action, KIA;  Missing in action, MIA; Wounded in action, WIA; Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam.
